Operator Lore sells one-time digital purchases — guides and workbooks delivered electronically. There is no subscription or recurring billing relationship.

When you place an order, you agree to pay the price displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. Your relationship with Stripe's payment terms is governed by Stripe's own terms of service; we do not store your full card details.

Operator Lore reserves the right to change prices at any time; changes will not affect orders already completed.

No contract exists between you and Operator Lore for a purchase until your order is confirmed by email.

Return and Refund Policy

Because our guides and workbooks are delivered digitally and immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue with delivery or access, or believe you were charged in error, contact us at operations@operatorlore.co within 7 days of purchase and we'll make it right.

Your Suggestions

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide to Operator Lore about the website or our products become the sole property of Operator Lore, and we may use them for any purpose without compensation or credit to you.
